Rules for visitors
Ten rules for Water World visitors
- Children under 3 are may enter the Water World only when accompanied by and under constant supervision of an adult. For safety reasons, baby carriages are not allowed to enter anywhere in the compound.
- Children aged from 3 to 12 years are allowed to enter the Water World only when accompanied by and under supervision of an adult. Persons and minors above 12 years of age and, at the same time, taller than 100 cm are also allowed to enter the Water World on their own.
- Persons with limited mobility or orientation without someone’s help are only allowed to enter the Water World under constant supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Ill persons and persons under quarantine are not allowed to enter the Water World.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol and under the influence of drugs are not allowed to enter and stay in the Water World.
- Animals are not allowed to enter the Water World.
- Only swimwear or bathing suits are allowed that are made of elastic and tightly-fitting material, without accessories made of metal or similarly hard materials, suitable for bathing and made primarily as a bathing garment, with corresponding material composition. Clothes whose cuts, material composition consisting of other than synthetic fibres and cleanliness are not appropriate, shall not be accepted as bathing suits. Swimming suits = one or two piece swimsuits, monokinis, tankinis, burkinis, swim caps and bathing t-shirts made of synthetic fibres, etc. Compliance with these rules shall monitored by the lifeguards.
- Inadmissible clothing: any underwear, working clothes, sportswear other than swimsuits, raincoats, jackets, hats, trousers – known as “multi-pocket trousers” and shorts, trunks without integrated briefs, etc. not suitable for swimming in public swimming pools and any clothing made of cotton.
- Before entering the Water World, the visitor must shower thoroughly without their swimming suit, using soap; and the visitor must comply with the principles of personal hygiene.
- The following bans apply in the Water World:
- serious or repeated breaches of the published rules for visitors; failure to obey the instructions of the life guard and the staff of the Water World
- smoking outside the reserved areas
- bringing handkerchiefs, Kleenexes or table-napkins into water
- polluting water and other areas by spitting, littering, etc.
- calling for help without any reason
- unauthorised use of life-saving equipment and first aid item
- making visual or audiovisual recordings without prior agreement with the management
- If any of the above rules are breached, the visitor can be expelled from the facility without being entitled to reimbursement.

Ten rules for a visitor to SPA - Wellness
- Spa & Wellness is a mixed zone of treatment procedures (cosmetic, massage, private spa, balneotherapy, pedicure, manicure) for men and women; visitors are allowed to stay in the relaxation areas only when wearing gowns and disposable slippers.
- Children younger than 15 years are only allowed to enter Spa & Wellness under constant supervision of their parents.
- A visitor is allowed to enter each treatment procedure room only when accompanied by the staff of Spa & Wellness.
- All towels, sheets and gowns are lent and are the property of Aquapalace Praha.
- Before entering private Jacuzzis and whirlpools, visitors are obliged to shower thoroughly.
- Persons who annoy other visitors with their presence and/or behaviour, threaten the morality of young people or breach the principles of personal hygiene will be expelled from the area of Spa & Wellness without being entitled to reimbursement.
- Cosmetic, massage and other treatment procedures may only be used by healthy persons and persons who do not suffer from skin diseases. Visitors use all the treatment procedures at their own risk.
- In their own interest, every visitor is obliged to disclose their state of health to the relevant staff (masseurs, masseuses, cosmeticians).
- Visitors are obliged to follow the instructions of receptionists and the Spa & Wellness and solarium attendants.
- When solariums are used, it is necessary to adjust the duration of tanning according to the individual skin type.

Two sets of ten rules for a visitor to the Sauna World
Where you can find saunas and the things to keep in mind
- Where will you find the entrance to saunas? In the yellow locker room zone F or from the Palace of Relaxation.
- Go through the turnstile at the “wet” restaurant or from the bar at the dive pit.
- Walk to the reception desk of saunas at the Sauna Bar.
- The receptionist will offer you suitable clothes for sauna or the steam spa.
- If you are here for the first time, you will also be given sauna recommendations.
- If you have not showered yet, first use the shared sauna showers next to the WC.
- In the area of the dressing booth at the Sauna Bar, put on the sauna clothes.
- Put valuables into safety deposit boxes and swimming suits into storage boxes.
- Are you ready? The ideal state to be in is not to be hungry or overeaten, with a calm heart rhythm and in a calm mood. Consider your overall state of health, too.
- Enter whatever part you desire and start your procedure in the Roman or Finnish sauna or the outdoor part of saunas.
If the lent item is not returned, the operator will be entitled to charge a contractual penalty according to the rate tariff of Aquapalace Praha.
How to behave correctly in a sauna
- Saunas are a mixed intimate zone for both men and women; wearing a swimming suit is only allowed in the Sauna Bar.
- Children older than 3 years can also enter saunas under constant supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Use a sheet, a bath towel, a gown when entering sauna cabins.
- Only use a bath towel or a towel when entering the steam.
- Shower thoroughly before entering saunas, cold plunge pools and whirlpools.
- Persons who annoy other visitors with their presence and/or behaviour, threaten the morality of young people or breach the principles of personal hygiene will be expelled from the area of the saunas without being entitled to reimbursement.
- Only healthy persons are allowed to use a sauna and they do so at their own risk.
- Pouring water on the heater in a sauna cabin is only carried out by the relevant staff.
- We note that there are different temperature levels in different places of the sauna cabin. It is prohibited to touch the heat-conducting parts and especially the metal parts.
- In the event of emergency or an urgent situation (health problems, change of consciousness), use the safety pushbutton to call the operating staff urgently.

Ten rules for a visitor to the Fitness centre
- Access to the fitness center is permitted for persons aged 15 and over. The responsibility for the child's health is fully borne by the parent or legal guardian.
- A visitor is only allowed to enter the Fitness Centre when wearing clean and high-quality footwear with a light-coloured sole and suitable sportswear designed for physical exercise. Solely the changing room is to be used for changing clothes and putting clothes aside.
- It is strictly prohibited to consume food, to smoke, to use open fire and to consume alcoholic beverages in the whole area of the Fitness Centre. Only non-alcoholic beverages in plastic containers are permitted. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances are prohibited from entering the area of the Fitness Centre.
- Use a towel when doing physical exercise. In this way, you protect your health and the artificial leather cover of benches and body-building machines from the aggressive action of sweat.
- Dumbbells, bars of bar bells, bells and other gear used by you should be returned to the stands and to their places.
- We do not have any responsibility for items, valuables, cash and clothes that have not been deposited and locked; please, use the safety deposit boxes situated in the entrance reception area of the Fitness Centre for depositing them.
- When you leave the fitness Centre, it is unconditionally necessary to vacate the locker; otherwise it will be vacated by our staff; the costs associated with this operation will be borne by the user of the locker.
- The people exercising in the areas of the Fitness Centre are required to use the equipment in such way so that they do not jeopardise their own health or the health of other exercising people by inadequate selection of equipment.
- For the purpose of first aid, there is a first aid kit, equipped pursuant to the valid regulations and in accordance with the provided services, in the reception area of the Fitness Centre.
- When doing a demanding or dangerous exercise, ask the Fitness Centre reception staff for supervision.
