Physiotherapy

The aim of this exercise is to normalize or substantially improve the mobility of the affected body parts and to correct motor disorders. Individual exercise is focused on the correction of body posture, the adjustment of muscle imbalances, the activation of the deep stabilization system, the stretching of shortened muscles, the training of correct breathing and correct movement stereotypes.
