ACT
Therapeutic exercises based on the principles of Roswitha Brunkow's method (tension support exercises), developing selected neurophysiological principles with an emphasis on the individual's interaction with the environment. It utilizes motor learning principles, training, and repetitive execution of movement patterns based on support from the distal parts of the limbs. In ACT, support is performed on the hands' bases and heels, enhancing upright trunk posture, improving muscle chain tension, and actively engaging other segments against external forces. The exercises can be adapted to any motor development position, with or without distal limb support, to increase difficulty.
