Mobilization, Manipulation
Joint blockage can be caused by improper movement or muscle issues. Blockage presents as limited joint mobility and pain in the affected segment. To restore normal joint mobility, we use joint mobilization and impulse joint manipulation. Mobilization and manipulation techniques use pre-tension to reach the joint’s movement limit. Joint mobilization in pre-tension holds and, with small oscillations, gradually increases joint mobility. Impulse manipulation from pre-tension performs a quick movement (impulse) to release joint blockage.
