Banya is a traditional sauna originating in Eastern Europe (Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus, and more). Sauna masters, known as banshchiks, use natural methods and materials such as:

• Handcrafted whisks made from birch or oak to warm up muscles, joints, and skin.

• Herbs and aromatherapy for mental relaxation and calmness.

• Healing teas to cleanse the body and boost energy.

• Alternating heat and cold to support the treatment of arthritis and vascular diseases.
